The owner and the operator of Shopping Centre is SIA Skai Pluss.

It was established in august 13, year 2001, with a purpose to offer consumers a comfortable, compact and convenient shopping place.

Probably, for a first time, there is so big attention paid to the architecture and atmosphere in development process of the Shopping centre. We can be proud for a cooperation with a one of the best latvian architect bureau Arhis. They, just like us, feel not so comfortable about large shopping centre idea, where costumers are confused in between hundreds of shops with their small daily needs.

Our vision is that a shopping process can be esthetically high value experience. And a shopping centre can be like our home, where every detail is overadvised – colour of flagstones in unity with wall painting, furniture choice after design and quality.

A shopping centre can be designed not only for a functional reasons, but also as a world class architecture sample.

We believe there can be more than sales activities in a shopping centre. We would like to offer customers a culture events, art expositions and fashionshows. Offer more than they expect!
